Phase 1 — Testnet
Deploy on Arc, build a real user base, generate transaction history. We're not treating testnet as a rubber stamp — it's our opportunity to stress-test the product before real money is at stake.

Phase 2 — Mainnet Launch
Bootstrap liquidity through strategic incentive programmes and targeted partnerships. We're not trying to be everywhere on day one. We'll go deep in the Arc ecosystem first, earn the numbers, and expand from there.

Phase 3 — Expansion
Roll out AI trading features, activate the full DeFi hub, and extend to additional chains. By this point, UnitFlow should be established enough that expansion is pull-driven, not push-driven.
